    Dear Marcus,
    The FYROM government has concluded that there is little to be lost by being intransigent
    given the Greek government's lethargy and the rather neutral / rather pro-FYROM stance of the USA.
    This situation to change it would require a sophisticated / aggressive Greek policy with a significant
    component of "smart" PR in the USA and Europe including persuasive meetings with government leaders
    selectively chosen on their influence on these matters.
    However. please do not "hold your breath......................" till this happen!
