Well, not exactly. The way it is advertised one thinks that citizens of those countries can go anywhere, do whatever, and never return home. That is not true. Citizens of these countries still pass through regular Immigration and Customs requirements. The only difference will be that they will not receive a consular visa and pay the pre-determined sum that it is a form of taxation. It does not mean that the receiving countries may not stop them at the passport control and neither means that they may stay more than three to six months depending on which country they visit, etc. |
